Words don't always describe the effort. Some efforts are unobserved or overlooked. Until and unless it is brought into action, the talent goes down the drain.
Everyone is born with some talent, but very few are opportunists. The effort always remains in memory and it is cherished. It is not always to compete to win but sometimes it is to help others to win happily.
Time and fortune are 2 things one can never achieve or try catching. But hard-work and continuous effort-making is something that can turn the wheel of time and fortune around.
Wake up each day with a smile and do your work satisfactorily. Mistakes are a part of life, learn the experience from them. Help people, not so that they can help you back, but to see the pleasure in their eyes and the smile on their face.
Steve jobs once said:
"Your time is limited; don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinion drown your own inner voice.
And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

My Dad's Scooter !
I don’t know clearly how it happens, but I kow it does. At times, I do wonder what’s happening and why. But all I know is that I like it a lot when it happens and it makes me feel good. Yes, that’s exactly how i feel when i get out of the dream. The one i see most of the times and which is closest to my heart.
Here i meet my dad, he has come home after a very long time. We all still live in the same house. Mom is a little upset with dad and asks him about his absence from home for so long and how much difficult it has been for her to face life all alone in his absence.
I feel so happy to see him back. I can feel a little change in him, his behaviour seems to have changed, but i don’t care; i am just happy that he has come back home.
I was sitting with him one evening and he sees his scooter which is in a very bad condition and asks me “what have u done to my scooter?” I apologise to him and tell him that i drive very rash and i like this scooter a lot but daddy don’t worry i have earned enough money and i will gift you a new scooter.
He sees me and smiles at me and tells me “No no! Don’t buy another scooter. Let’s buy a car for the whole family so we can all roam in 1 car.” I smile and give him a hug.
I so much miss you daddy even after 10 years of being away i still see you in my dreams and i miss you the same.
It’s always that i see my dad and the events are different but none the less what matters is i see him and he is fine somewhere. And yes most of the time, it’s like he keeps coming home after very long time and it feels good every time. And yes, sometimes i cry and sometimes it is a lot of fun.

A sweet Christmas day
It was a Friday morning and it was Christmas day. So it’s a general holiday and I had already marked the day to spend time with orphanage kids and have a good time and celebrate the day.
I woke up early in the morning on Christmas day, and waking up early on a holiday is a rare thing for me. I reached the orphanage on time, met a few more people who were also from our office and tried to help them with the arrangement and decoration.
There were these kids, especially girls between the ages of around 4 to 14 I could say. These orphanage trustee people have really worked hard to save these kids from all over the places and brought them and protecting them with good educational support and a better environment. Thanks to Satyam foundation and the member of foundation and the event organizer for making such a wonderful social event.
We organized painting competitions with different age group circle 4 to 6 and 7 to 12 and rest in other group. We offered them the paintings materials like color pencils, water paints, sketches etc.
After the painting we had a gala time watching those kids dance for a few songs which they have been preparing for this event from the past few days. Then there was a free dance open stage for anyone to entertain the kids. One of the office mates took the initiative and danced a free style, it was funny and good.
Then it was prize distribution for the winner of painting and some snacks time so we had a special guest: our very own very famous, the one and only one Santa.
“Oh wait a sec, oh that’s interesting! We’ve got two Santas!”
Kids loved the Santas and all of them hugged him and took those sweets. The next thing that happened was really marvelous- there was this kid of around 6 who said the math multiplication tables from 2 to 20 without pausing for a break. That was really great. My mouth was wide open after listening to her; I guess I didn’t know that much math when I was her age.
These kids are really talented and have a positive attitude but they just need some care and emotional support and some support for their future. That day, I felt really great visiting the place. Life is not just about us. Once in a while, these activities are also pretty good. A helping hand is what these kids were looking for.
I prefer a life with less money and a smile on a face then more money and no smile.
I did it and I think it’s your turn now.

Tip Calculation
If we tip a waiter in a hotel say around 20 bucks and if he has customer say around 50 in a day who tip avg around 20, so in 1 month it can be
20*50*30
that’s equal to 30k, that’s his tip money roughly,
oh man his tip is making more than few peoples salary.

Biking is just not about speed
Before writing I want to make it a clear point that I am not much into biking and stunts and all, but just that I love driving a bike in whatever way I can.
Well, I started with this topic, the main reason behind this is, biking is just not about speed; I feel it’s more of speed in ur comfort way. Speed which u think u can handle or speed at which ur good at. That doesn’t mean am saying drive slow, when I get a free and empty road and I just can’t see anyone in front of me nor even in traffic, I want to go to the maximum speed and apply sudden disc to enjoy the stop.
When a new rider gets a chance to ride, he wont consider whether he knows the bike, whether he has a hands on that bike, but still he wont stop the accelerator, due to sudden hyper they drive as fast as they can, might/might not cause some accidents.
And there are few more cool peoples who practically I doubt but theoretically they have full knowledge about all bikes present in this world, courtesy Google.
There are people who love bikes, day they sat on it for the 1st time they started loving it and always wanted to enjoy on it.
Some people like bikes more then anything in this world and some people they consider bike as their 1st girlfriend. Because it’s as hot as girls, if u don’t believe me then touch the silencer and u will come to know.
Enjoy driving and drive safe, probably a speed of 150kh/hr is safer in Indian roads doesn’t it? Don’t cross too much anyways. Rock it.

Sagar the Werewolf
People always wish to become something in life, a doctor, an engineer or Alana Flanna. But the thing I use to dream to become is a werewolf and that too, a bullet proof werewolf. The reason behind this is mainly it will be like, I will have the power to bash anybody in this world but. And then when you are bored you prefer to go for a change, may be bring peace in states and countries. Also when a kid doesn’t sleep her/his mom will say, “Sleep son, sleep! Or else sagar the werewolf will come!”
When ever there is a war or fights like terrorists, it will be me who will try to arrive to from that place and then solve the issues along with it and then to win a battle. If they try to give me a bribe, I won’t take it because the werewolf has its own rules and regulations. And support people from my own country and then the power will be in the hands of the country and if there is a misuse of the power then werewolf wont leave them and make them realize that its not the way it to be used.
Then in that case moving from place to place will be a joke and without any time waste too and people will be shit scared of me to see me… some1 sees me in night or when am pissed off then that day will be the last day for that person on this land and in this world. May be I will jump to another world and leave him alone out there and come here.
All other animals would have been shit scared of me and i would have been the king of the jungle. People trying to keep me as the protection support and I would have never allowed any 1 to dominate me in this life.
Sagar is always free, sagar the werewolf…..sagar the werewolf … Jai Ho

NSGs vs PLAYERs (When will this END)
The reason behind writing on this topic is that why do we go against any thing, blame anyone or point fingers at each other. Well, yes, I’m talking about the terror attacks which happened recently in Mumbai and comparing it with the Indian Cricket team (they recently defeated England in the test match); or an actor; or anybody for that matter.
Well one fine morning (in the days after the terror attack) when I was on the internet, I got this mail saying why the National Security Guards (NSGs) are not getting as much recognition or credit as the cricketer or other celebrities get..
It had few photos where in the NSG people are in a vehicle after the terror attack and people were honoring them; and they have also been awarded with few thousands of rupees. At the same time, after a cricket match is over where India won after the 20-20 world cup, the way the team was honored or paid huge money was as if they have won a war. I wonder if it is right to blame the cricketers or the people who have win at the Olympics and have been honored with huge sums.
The whole topic of discussion is why blaming sport people or actors or anybody else is not really going to serve any purpose.
But when I read the mail, I felt bad and kept on thinking why people like sports stars actors are given so much importance and why not the army or military or NSG people. It is thanks to these brave heroes that we people are able to sleep in our respective homes safely. But later when I kept on thinking for a few days, I thought why blame these sports persons or any body; instead blame the “SYSTEM” because it’s the system which has brought these changes in our country. The system never gave importance to the army men and they bring their political issues in between telling that all this happened because of the other party and blah blah blah. The main reason for this is everybody wants the power because they know that if they have the power then obviously they can make money, and this is the fact, if you people agree with me or not. No body cares whether they are army men who are protecting India or anybody. This all again comes back to the initial position that India has too many political parties; I wish it was only one and no opposition party to fall or rise or go against. Power in one mans hand like in few other countries. But the point I want to clear is, India should grow with respect to all the areas- whether sports or military or with education and for that the system should give importance to all the people equally but not only during war but even when there is no war or anything related to that, so that we can help there family situations better to make our country proud and let more people join the flow.
